My philosophy is if you really want to change something, you will. It’s that plain and simple. So if you find yourself constantly complaining about your own life, just remember that you have the power to change it. Perhaps it’s your weight, diet, attitude, career, level of education, relationship status, whatever. If you don’t like it, you can change it.
